When you hire my services, I promise you will receive…

- Close Personal Attention. I promise I will answer all your questions, meet with you as often as you wish, and do everything possible to treat you the way I like to be treated when I’m the client.
- Immediate Access. I promise I will speak with you immediately if I’m in the office and available when you call. If I’m out of the office or with a client, I will return your call as soon as I finish. I am always on pager when I’m not in the office.
- Prompt Return Calls. I promise I will make every effort to return your phone calls promptly. If I’m in court or away from the office for another reason, I’ll return your call as quickly as I can.
- Quick Response to Your Requests. Whenever you need something from my office, please don’t hesitate to call. I promise I’ll respond as quickly as possible.
- Confidential Service. I promise when you hire me, everything I do for you is confidential. No one outside my office will know anything about your case, except those with whom I’m working to settle your claim.
- Contingency Fee. On cases I accept, I get a contingency fee of one third. This means I receive one third of the money I recover for you. If I do not recover any money, I don’t receive a fee. I will never ask you for a retainer or deposit. I will never ask you to pay me by the hour. I get paid only after I collect money for you.
- Current Knowledge. I work hard to maintain the highest level of knowledge in the areas in which I practice. I eagerly attend continuing legal education seminars so I stay up to date on the newest laws and latest court decisions. I also teach continuing lawyer education programs in the personal injury field. And I publish New York Injury Cases Blog where I educate judges, lawyers and the public about the valuation of injury cases.
- Competent Services. The seminars and workshops I attend allow me to provide you with the latest information, most effective techniques, and most efficient methods so you receive the full legal protection the law allows.
- Aggressive Representation. Most lawyers are not trial attorneys. So when a conflict arises that requires court appearances, they often send the case to another lawyer. Since I am a trial lawyer, I will gladly represent you in court if the insurance company does not offer us a reasonable settlement. One thing is for sure: I’ll help you every step of the way.
- More Than You Expect. If you think of some way I can provide you with better service, or better meet your needs, please tell me how. Even though we work together on your injury claim, still, I’m not a mind reader. If you have something troubling you — or if you have a concern or a problem — please discuss it with me. If I can help you, I will. And if I can’t help you, I may know someone who can. A good lawyer-client relationship deals with all types of problems, not just legal problems. So if something crosses your mind and you want my input, I’ll be happy to help.
